As you cross the threshold of our home, you'll be greeted by a bright, open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, offering a feeling of immensity and conviviality, where the view is never interrupted, creating a spacious setting for relaxing and gathering with family and friends.

The kitchen, overlooking the dining room, is fully equipped to satisfy all your culinary needs.
In this lively home, all the necessary equipment is at your disposal to concoct and savor delicious dishes.

On the first floor, a spare bedroom offers extra comfort and easy access for those who prefer to avoid the stairs.
Upstairs, you'll discover a total of 4 bedrooms, including 2 doubles and 2 singles, ideal for children. Each room has been carefully furnished to guarantee optimum comfort. One of the double bedrooms benefits from a private shower, offering additional privacy and convenience.
Another bathroom with bathtub and 2 basins is also located upstairs.

For your moments of outdoor relaxation, our magnificent terrace welcomes you with its 4 by 8-meter swimming pool (end of May to end of August), ideal for summertime dips. You can relax on the deckchairs, share meals al fresco around the outdoor table or prepare barbecues.

Your peace of mind is assured thanks to our private parking, the house secured by a gate and fence, and our private garden, where children can play in complete safety.

Nearby, you'll find a multitude of activities and sites to discover, from hiking trails to boating on the lake, as well as local restaurants serving regional cuisine.
What's more, downtown Aix-les-bains and the shopping area of Grésy-sur-Aix are just an 8-minute drive away.

For your comfort, everything is ready on arrival:

- Towels are provided.
- The basics are provided: oil, salt, pepper, toilet paper, washing-up liquid, dishcloths, etc. All you have to do is put your suitcases down and enjoy your stay.

The neighborhood

The house is located in the peaceful Tir au Pigeon district of Aix-les-Bains, in a pleasant, leafy setting. Local shops, including a bakery and convenience store, are less than 5 minutes away by car. You're also just 5 minutes from downtown Aix-les-Bains and Lac du Bourget, ideal for nature, wellness and cultural activities.

Getting around

Private parking is available on site. The Tir au Pigeon neighborhood is easily accessible by car and ideally located for exploring the region. Public transport is also nearby, with the Aix-les-Bains train station serving the main towns in the surrounding area.

Other things to note

During your stay, you'll have the opportunity to take care of our adorable resident cat. Don't worry, he's gentle, well-fed and great company. Just be sure to give him a little affection, fill his bowl with kibble and make sure he stays hydrated.
The house is ideal for stays with family or friends, with swimming pool in summer (open from mid-May to early September) and fireplace in winter for cosy moments.
