Bedroom: Spacious and bright, with direct access to the large balcony, this room is equipped with a double bed (160 cm) and a storage unit.
Bathroom: Modern and functional, it features a large shower, a cabinet with two drawers for storing your toiletries, and a washing machine.
WC: Separate for greater comfort.
Balcony: Crossing between the main room and the bedroom, it will seduce you with its space and pleasant atmosphere, ideal for meals on the terrace.
Parking: A large parking lot is available at the bottom of the residence, but there is no space allocated specifically to the apartment. Parking is therefore subject to availability.

A bus stop is nearby, making it easy to get around town. The Aix-les-Bains train station is just a few minutes away by car, and the freeway provides quick access to Chambéry and Annecy.
