The space

Welcome to L'Alizé du Lac, a bright and welcoming apartment on the 5th and top floor of a quiet residence, with a magnificent terrace offering breathtaking views of Lac du Bourget and the surrounding mountains. Michèle and Michel's main residence, this unique living space is available for rental during the summer months. Here, you don't simply book a home, but immerse yourself in a true living experience.

Room layout
Bedrooms: The apartment has 2 comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed. One offers a panoramic view of the lake, while the second overlooks the mountains, for a gentle wake-up call.
Living and dining room: A warm and friendly space, with a comfortable sofa and a large table for sharing meals with family and friends. The room opens directly onto the vast terrace.
Open kitchen: Fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker and electric barbecue, you can prepare your meals while enjoying the company of friends and family.
Bathroom: A modern bathroom with shower and bathtub, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring.

For your comfort, everything is ready on arrival:
- Beds are made up.
- Towels are provided.
- The basics are provided: oil, salt, pepper, toilet paper, washing-up liquid, tea towels, etc. All you have to do is put your suitcases down and enjoy your stay.

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood on the shores of Lac du Bourget, offering direct access to the walking trails around the lake. Nearby, you'll find restaurants, local shops and a bakery just a few minutes' walk away. The Aix-les-Bains thermal baths are also just a few minutes away by car or on foot.

Getting around

A bus stop is located nearby, making it easy to get around Aix-les-Bains. The train station is about 10 minutes away by car, and the freeway is within easy reach of Annecy and Chambéry.
