The space

Welcome to Le Temps Suspendu, a 230 m² house designed as a true break from time. Nestled in a lovingly renovated former farmhouse, this home combines noble materials, warm decor and modern comforts.
Located in Grésy-sur-Aix, 10 minutes from Lac du Bourget and the center of Aix-les-Bains, it's ideal for a stay for 2, family or friends, in the peace and quiet of the countryside.

The house features a large, bright and welcoming living area, opening onto the garden.

You'll find :

• An open, fully-equipped kitchen (cooker, large oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee machine).
• A large family table for convivial meals.
• A comfortable reading area, bathed in light, for a coffee break or a quiet moment.
• A cocooning lounge, ideal for relaxing or watching a film.
• Upstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom (shower WC), decorated in their own unique tones and ambience. Top-of-the-range bedding for a good night's sleep.
• Separate toilets are also available.

The Lac du Bourget, thermal baths, water sports and restaurants of Aix-les-Bains are just 10 minutes away.

Le Temps Suspendu is located in a quiet, leafy setting, a stone's throw from Château Brachet, in the heart of the village of Grésy-sur-Aix.
Less than 5 minutes away by car: bakery, tobacconist, newsagent, supermarket.
And 10 minutes away: Lac du Bourget, thermal baths, Aix-les-Bains restaurants, water sports, hiking, golf and ski resorts nearby.
