Ground floor:

• Open kitchen: A large, well-equipped, and convivial kitchen, open to the dining room and living room. You will find everything you need: large oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, etc.

• Dining room & living room: A beautiful open-plan living space with a large table, a cozy living room with contemporary tones, a comfortable sofa, a TV, and direct access to the terrace, pool, and garden.
  Separate toilet

First floor:

• Master bedroom: Spacious, it has a private balcony with views of the mountains and the pool, accessible directly from the bedroom.
• Bedroom 2: Equipped with a single bed, perfect for a child or a single adult.
• Bedroom 3: Furnished with a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate two people.
• Bathroom: A first bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, and towel dryer. A second bathroom with bathtub, double sink, toilet, and storage space.

Services included:

For your comfort, everything is ready for your arrival:
• The beds are made.
• Towels are provided.
• Basic items are provided: oil, salt, pepper, toilet paper, dish soap, dish towels, etc. All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay.

The house is located in the charming village of La Biolle, known for its green and peaceful setting. You will find a bakery, a tobacco shop, and a newsstand less than a 5-minute drive away. You are only 10 minutes from Aix-les-Bains and Lac du Bourget, offering many nature and wellness activities.

Getting around

Private parking is available on site. La Biolle is easily accessible by car and well located for exploring the surrounding area. For public transportation, Aix-les-Bains is nearby, with a train station serving the main cities in the region.

Other things to note

You can feed our two chickens during your stay—in exchange, they will provide you with fresh eggs every morning.
And for garden lovers, enjoy the vegetable garden: you are welcome to water the plants and harvest seasonal fruits and vegetables as you wish. A simple, local pleasure!
Parties are not allowed, including bachelorette parties and bachelor parties, out of respect for our neighbors and the tranquility of the residence.
