The space

Cozy and bright 15.4 m² studio located on the 1st floor of a fully renovated 1930s house. Ideal for a single person or a couple, it enjoys beautiful natural light thanks to its south-west orientation.

The accommodation includes a double bed with a new mattress, a flat-screen TV, and a large built-in closet.

The modern kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, combination microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and crockery and utensils. A table for two allows you to enjoy your meals in comfort.

The private south-facing balcony is a pleasant space to enjoy the sun or read quietly.

The renovated bathroom has a glass-enclosed shower, vanity unit, lighted mirror, towel warmer, and wall-mounted toilet.

In the basement, there is a shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a shared terrace at the rear of the villa for relaxing outdoors.

The neighborhood

You will have full access to the studio and its balcony. Common areas such as the laundry room and terrace are at your disposal throughout your stay.
Arrival is handled by Aydu or Marine, who will give you a warm welcome, show you around the accommodation, and answer any questions you may have.

Transportation

The SNCF train station is 5-7 minutes away by car or 15 minutes on foot. Several bus stops are nearby, and major roads make it easy to travel to Chambéry, Annecy, and Geneva. Parking is free on the street in front of the house.

Other things to note

This studio is ideal for a short or medium-term stay, whether for vacation, work, or a spa treatment.
Pets and parties are not allowed in order to preserve the peace and quiet.
Check-in is possible from 5 p.m., and check-out must be before 10 a.m. The accommodation is on the 1st floor without an elevator.
It is possible to book other studios in the villa for groups or families who wish to stay close together while maintaining their independence.
